Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline, Engineering Technology or Construction Management.
• Knowledge of engineering principles and basic business principles for budgeting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and reading technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work with project owner representatives, architects, engineers, inspectors, and site subcontractors.
• Assist in estimating and bidding processes and track costs to manage the project budget.
• Resolve design issues and clarify specifications, and document changes and orders.
• Provide field support to superintendents to ensure contract compliance and safety.
• Review drawings, specifications and change orders, and track milestones.
