You will support data collection, analyses, and the preparation of plans with senior staff guiding you to deliver people-focused solutions for clients.

The role emphasizes CAD proficiency (AutoCAD or MicroStation), strong communication, and a willingness to learn in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation for design tasks.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Internship or co-op in civil engineering encouraged.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in data collection and analysis to support project development.
• Perform design calculations and analyses to complete tasks.
• Assist in preparing plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Use CAD software to develop design drawings.
• Review project plans for technical accuracy and conformance to standards.
• Help schedule and coordinate tasks to meet timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in design reviews.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
