LaBella Associates in Syracuse, NY is seeking an entry-level Civil Designer to join our Land Development team. You will help plan and design site, roadway, stormwater and utility improvements and produce drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

You’ll work with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to explore design options and learn through mentoring. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 1–3 years of related experience; a valid driver’s license is required.

• Assist in planning and design of site, roadway, stormwater, and utility improvements.

• Conduct site visits and assist with construction observation to support design and project execution.
• Collaborate with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to evaluate design alternatives and resolve technical challenges.
• Participate in training, mentoring, and professional development activities.
