Job summary

Haskell is seeking an entry-level design professional to contribute to innovative, cost-efficient civil/architectural designs. You will produce drawings and specifications while coordinating with multiple disciplines to meet project criteria and licensure requirements.

You'll develop hands-on design skills in hydrology, hydraulics, and site utilities, with mentorship from licensed professionals and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering required.
• NCARB/ABET accreditation preferred.
• Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project strategy meetings; develop design concepts, produce pricing and proposal documents.
• Research and ensure discipline design compliance with proposal/client criteria.
• Prepare design for hydrology, hydraulics, site utilities and erosion-sediment control design.
• Read and understand design documents; coordinate work with other disciplines.
• Support construction with field reports, shop drawings, and punch-list coordination.
• Assist project management to meet deliverable schedules.
• Identify continuing education opportunities to advance professional growth.
