Job summary

The Haskell Company in Oklahoma City seeks an entry-level Civil Engineer to contribute to innovative, cost-effective designs under supervision. You will produce drawings and specifications and coordinate with other disciplines as you work toward professional licensure.

You will participate in project strategy, gain exposure to design software, and develop field and office skills while supporting construction documents and site observations.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited civil engineering degree preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience; eligible to sit for the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam within 6 months.
• Fall 2026 / Spring 2027 graduation timeline.

Responsibilities

• Participates in discipline strategy meetings; develops design concepts; prepares pricing and proposals.
• Performs analyses or calculations; assists in reports under Licensed Professional.
• Produces organized design documents; develops construction plans and specifications under supervision.
• Assists on project site visits; prepares field notes and sketches; supports construction observation.
• Maintains file organization and ensures conformance to contract documents.
