Job summary

Haskell in Salt Lake City is seeking an entry-level Civil Engineer to contribute to innovative, cost-effective design for assigned projects. You will produce drawings and specifications, coordinate with other disciplines, and begin meeting experience requirements for license eligibility.

You will engage in hydrology and site utilities design, read design documents, and support construction with field observations and shop drawing checks under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• Internship experience in civil engineering design preferred

Responsibilities

• Participates in discipline strategy meetings and develops design concepts.
• Prepares design for hydrology, hydraulics, site utilities, and erosion control.
• Ability to read and understand design documents.
• Coordinates work with other disciplines and reviews shop drawings.
• Assist Licensed Professional with construction observation and field reports.
• Identify continuing education opportunities to expand professional growth.
