Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• One year of Human Services related experience, or coursework/certification per Oregon Caseworker Competency.
• Completion of coursework equivalent to certification consistent with Oregon Caseworker Competency.

Responsibilities

• Support families by helping them achieve goals while ensuring child safety.
• Provide case management with diverse families and tribal partners.
• Engage with children, families, and caregivers using trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop and implement strategies leveraging family strengths.
• Handle documentation, home visits, legal paperwork and court hearings.
