Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA seeks CDL-A drivers for over-the-road, no-touch dry van freight. Trainees are paid during mentor-guided training, with subsequent per-mile earnings ranging from $0.55 to $0.69 once training is completed.

The program includes a mentor riding with you as you learn the job, and a schedule that keeps you out two weeks at a time. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Recent CDL-school grads welcome, with no professional driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Clean driving record and DOT pre-employment drug test enrollment are expected.
• ELDT completed through an FMCSA-registered training provider.

Responsibilities

• OTR no-touch dry van freight assigned; loading/unloading not required.
• Your mentor rides with you during learning.
• Mentor-guided training with paid wage during training period.
