Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring new CDL-A drivers for OTR dry van freight. Trainees receive paid mentor instruction, then transition to per-mile pay.

Training pays $650–$850 per week, then $0.55–$0.69 per mile with no-touch freight. You ride with a mentor, stay out about two weeks at a time, and have limited home time. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• CDL-A is required; ELDT completion; no prior professional driving experience needed.
• Valid Class A CDL and clean driving record.
• DOT/FMCSA requirements met.

Responsibilities

• Drive no-touch dry van for OTR routes.
• Work with a mentor during training.
• Stay out two weeks at a time with home time between runs.
