Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring no-experience CDL-A drivers for OTR dry-van freight with a mentor beside you during training. Earn $0.55-$0.69 per mile after training, with mentor pay of $650-$850 per week.

The schedule is over the road with no nights at home promised, and loads are no-touch dry-van. Dry-van trailers stay sealed for the customer, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Recent CDL-school grads and new CDL-A holders are welcome, with no professional driving experience needed.
• ELDT completed through an FMCSA-registered training provider.
• Valid Class A CDL and clean driving records.
• DOT pre-employment drug test and Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Drive no-touch, dry-van OTR freight.
• Ride with a mentor during initial learning period.
• Deliver loads with customer-sealed trailers; unloading not required.
