Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring entry-level CDL-A drivers for over-the-road no-touch dry van freight. You will train with a mentor for four weeks, then drive and earn per-mile pay. Loads stay sealed; unloading is not required.

The schedule is OTR, with time at home between runs. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. Recent CDL-A graduates are welcome; a clean record and DOT drug testing compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Recent CDL-school grads welcome, with no professional driving experience required.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record.
• DOT pre-employment drug test and Clearinghouse enrollment (federal requirements).
• ELDT completed through an FMCSA-registered training provider.

Responsibilities

• Drive no-touch dry van freight on OTR lanes.
• Mentor rides with you during the training period.
• Unloading is not required; loads stay sealed for the shipper.
