Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring no-experience CDL-A drivers for OTR dry van freight. You will start with paid mentor training, earning $650–$850 per week, then transition to per-mile pay of $0.55–$0.69 with no-touch freight.

The schedule is over the road, with home time between runs, and you will have a mentor riding with you as you learn the job. The job requires a valid CDL-A, clean driving record, and enrollment in DOT drug tests and Clearinghouse.

Qualifications

• New CDL-A holders welcome with no professional driving experience.
• ELDT completed through an FMCSA-registered training provider.
• DOT pre-employment drug test and Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse enrollment (federal requirements).

Responsibilities

• Drive no-touch dry van freight on an over-the-road schedule.
• Mentor accompanies you during training.
• Loads are sealed for customer handling; no on-truck unloading required.
