Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in Richmond, VA is hiring new CDL holders for on‑the‑road training with pay and a guaranteed solo start. Training pays $850/week, then $1,000/week for the first 3 months solo. Typical weekly gross ranges from $1,300 to $2,000, with starting pay at $0.55 per mile rising to $0.65 as tenure grows.

Qualifications

• New drivers: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years.
• Pass hair and urine drug testing and a DOT physical.

Training

• Paid on the road training with an experienced driver trainer
• $850 per week while you train
• $1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo
