Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in Norfolk, VA invites new CDL-A holders with no experience to begin a driver career. You will train with an experienced trainer on real loads, earning $850 per week during training, then move to your own truck on full pay after sign-off.

A guaranteed $1,000 per week for the first 3 months of solo driving awaits. Trips are dry van freight across 27 states (no New England), averaging 1,800–2,800 miles weekly, with home every 2–3 weeks and $100 flat pay on short hauls.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required, 21 or older
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
• Live in the Richmond, VA hiring area

How You Start

• Ride with an experienced driver trainer on real loads

Two Ways to Start
