Job summary

Collins Aerospace Carbon Operations in Spokane, WA is hiring an entry level Furnace Deck Operator I to support the carbon-carbon brake production process. You will load/unload, operate high-temperature furnaces, and monitor quality while coordinating with engineering and other teams.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience using hand tools.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and EH&S regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate furnaces and monitor carbon-vapor deposition processes.
• Load/unload material and perform preventative maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety requirements.
• Interact with engineering and other groups on technical matters.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and work 12-hour shifts on a 4-on/4-off cycle.
