Job summary

Collins Aerospace seeks an entry-level Calibration Tech I for our onsite facility. You will learn to set up test stands, operate marking equipment, and record spray parameters while following standard work under supervision.

This role offers growth toward certification within 120 days and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates. Expect training during the first 3–6 months, then a 3rd shift schedule (Mon–Fri, 10pm–6am) with potential extended hours to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or vocational/technical education required.
• Manufacturing exposure helpful.
• Ability to read prints and understand tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up and operate test stands for nozzle, spray bars, and valves per specifications.
• Learn to operate laser marker and printer as per procedures.
• Record spray parameters by serial number and certify product conformance.
• May disassemble, repair, and assemble product per specs.
• Complete production documentation and perform labor transitions.
• Follow EHS, Quality, and CI rules as directed.
