Responsibilities
- Install, activate, and troubleshoot residential Internet, TV, Phone, and Security services.
- Diagnose and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
- Educate customers on equipment and services to maximize satisfaction.
- Test signal quality and ensure installations meet company standards.
- Complete upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Document completed work accurately using mobile apps.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory.
- Follow safety policies and pursue ongoing training and certifications.

Every day is different. As a Cable Technician, you'll travel to customer homes installing and servicing telecommunications equipment while providing an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Install, activate, and troubleshoot residential Internet, TV, Phone, and Security services
- Diagnose and resolve service issues efficiently
- Educate customers on their equipment and services
- Test signal quality and ensure every installation meets company standards
- Complete upgrades, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Accurately document completed work using mobile applications
- Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and inventory
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Continue developing your skills through ongoing training and certifications
