Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an entry-level technician in Fort Wayne, IN to support cable installation, rack and stack, and other technical tasks at the job site.

You will follow OSHA safety guidelines, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, and assist with site preparation. Compensation ranges from $15 to $20 per hour with benefits starting on day one, plus 401(k) eligibility after 90 days.

• Rack and stack: Assemble and install network racks, panels, and related hardware according to layout specifications.
• Technical labor support: Assist with general construction-related technical tasks, such as equipment setup, material handling, and site preparation.
• Safety compliance: Follow OSHA and site-specific safety guidelines, including PPE requirements and metal detector checks.
• Team collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and other technicians to meet daily production goals and maintain project timelines.

Day-To-Day:
