You will follow documented procedures, adhere to safety practices, and help maintain inventory traceability through routine documentation. High school diploma and 0–1 year of manufacturing experience are typical prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and follow standard work instructions.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic product assembly, basic testing, or cable work.
• Follow work instructions and standard work closely to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Apply safety procedures and quality requirements to maintain a safe work environment.
• Complete assigned repetitive tasks to meet daily production expectations.
• Escalate production or quality issues to leads or supervisors to support timely resolution.
• Communicate basic production status or issues to the team lead or supervisor.
• Complete required documentation for single-level builds to ensure inventory and traceability accuracy.
• Handle materials and components correctly to minimize scrap, rework, and inventory loss
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
