Actalent in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Customer Service–driven Business Operations Associate. The role focuses on customer service excellence and managing accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and client communication, to support field offices and corporate staff.

You will work in a hybrid, full-time schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with 4 in-office days and 1 remote, earn $20.19 hourly, and be eligible for a quarterly bonus based on performance.

• Manage customer accounts, including invoicing, collections, PO tracking, and customer service.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through weekly touchpoints.
• Support liaison between field offices and other corporate departments.
• Audit account-specific reports to ensure accurate billing and client data.
• Perform various customer service-related activities and data gathering for management decisions.
