Entry Level Business Development Representative

Communication Technology Services (CTS) is one of the largest integrators and managed service providers for enterprise cellular networks in the U.S., specializing in the design, installation, management and support of Distributed Antenna System (DAS), Small Cell and 4G/5G Private Cellular Networks (PCN) for Enterprise and Public Sector customers. We are growing our team and now seeking several Entry Level Inside Sales Executives to assist with nationwide sales.

Though this is a primarily remote position, the ideal candidates will reside within a commutable distance to one these offices: Marlborough, MA, Chicago, IL, Corona CA, Phoenix AZ, Greenville, SC, Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX or Orlando, FL and be seeking an opportunity to establish and grow a career inselling the following technical solutions to C-level executives in Enterprise businesses:

  • Small Cell and 4G/5G Private Cellular Networks (PCN)
  • Public Safety Systems
  • WLAN Solutions
  • SDLAN
  • Fiber-to-the-Edge
  • SaaS or WaaS

The Role

After initial training, as a sales professional, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to existing and new potential customers with the expectation of meeting sales quota within your second year of employment.

Key responsibilities of the Inside Sales Executive position will include :

  • Lead generation including cold calling, emails, LinkedIn and other means to engage potential prospects
  • Set up meetings, virtually and in-person
  • Customize sales presentation for target customer
  • Proposal generation to customers
  • Problem resolution
  • Maintaining a sales pipeline in Salesforce and providing weekly status updates and other reporting as required
  • Attend appropriate trade shows when requested
  • Traveling as required to engage prospective customer opportunities

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in sales
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
  • Possess a sense of urgency and have a strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and career oriented
  • Sales experience including cold calling and lead generation or any combination of internship experience strongly preferred but not required
