Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in business development, customer service, or relationship management.
• Proactive communication and strong follow-up to manage partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Learn ECG’s products, underwriting guidelines, partner experience standards, and business development processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners through outbound calls, emails, and follow-up.
• Support growth of existing partners and identify opportunities to develop new ones.
• Manage assigned referral partner relationships under guidance of senior team members.
• Maintain CRM records, activity tracking, and partner documentation.
• Coordinate with underwriting, processing, compliance, operations, and other teams to support partner experience.
• Meet activity, responsiveness, and portfolio management expectations.
• Contribute to team initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
