Qualifications

• Experience in business development or relationship management
• Ability to build and maintain referral partner relationships
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Learn ECG's products, underwriting guidelines, partner experience standards, and business development processes
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners through outbound calls, emails, and consistent follow-up
• Support growth of existing partner relationships and identify opportunities to develop new ones
• Manage assigned referral partner relationships under guidance of experienced team members
• Maintain accurate CRM records, activity tracking, and partner documentation
• Coordinate with underwriting, processing, compliance, operations and other internal teams to support partner experience
• Resolve routine partner questions and use internal resources for support
• Meet activity, responsiveness and portfolio management expectations
• Contribute to team initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
