Job summary

JLL in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking an entry-level Union Utility Engineer to work under the Chief Engineer and attend to building maintenance tasks. This position is tied to the Collective Bargaining Agreement between JLL and Local 39, offering hands-on experience and growth in facilities management.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least three relevant work experiences or trade school training, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of three relevant work experience and/or trade school training.
• Driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Repair restroom equipment such as toilets, soap dispenser & flushometers.
• Repair registers and radiators.
• Replace lamps and clean light fixtures.
• Remove and replace ceiling tiles.
• Complete minor repairs on furniture and floors.
• Maintain and/or replace door hardware.
• Repair floor maintenance equipment.
• Complete maintenance painting in equipment rooms and cooling towers.
