Job summary

Candidates should have 0–1 year of related experience, basic electronics, programming, and Windows PC skills; a High School diploma is required. Opportunity to progress to Controls Configuration Tech 2 after six months.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience with building automation systems or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Assist installers in developing, building, testing, and commissioning building control systems.
• Learn configuration standards and best practices for current systems.
• Diagnose and repair control system malfunctions using a laptop.
• Respond to BAS emergencies during off-hours.
• Prepare documentation on work status and completion.
• Progress to Controls Configuration Tech 2 after 6 months.
