Job summary

Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP in Richmond, VA is seeking an entry-level Bridge Engineer to join our transportation team.

You will contribute to developing bridge and structural plans for DOT and municipal projects, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (ABET) is required; 0–4 years of experience and EIT/FE certification are preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET accredited program.
• 0-4 years of relevant experience required.
• EIT/FE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop bridge and structural plans for transportation projects.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team to support project delivery for VDOT and localities.
