Responsibilities

• Enter operational data into the client's bookkeeping system and record financial information.
• Ensure checks are endorsed and deposited daily; handle charge card transactions.
• Balance and reconcile ledgers and cash/bank accounts.
• Prepare periodic reports on business income, expenses, taxes and other items.
• Perform payroll services and payroll reporting per applicable laws.
• Maintain a manual file system for hard-copy documents.
• Identify process issues and communicate solutions to management.
• Participate in meetings and training to improve bookkeeping service.
• Attend training related to job duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
