Responsibilities

• Receives operational data for entry into the bookkeeping system and determines the best method to record financial information.
• Manually records information into the bookkeeping system and ensures proper endorsement and deposits.
• Balances and reconciles ledgers and cash/bank accounts as agreed with the client.
• Develops periodic reports on business income, expenses, taxes, and related items.
• Performs payroll services including payroll checks and statutory payroll reports.
