Majestic Care ABA is seeking an entry-level Behavioral Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in homes, schools, and communities in Fort Collins, CO. No prior ABA experience required; we provide the 40-hour RBT training.

This part-time role offers in-home and school-based settings with flexible scheduling, paid training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate compassion and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one support to children receiving ABA services.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based strategies to support learning and positive behavior.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families.
• Participate in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
• Communicate with the clinical team regarding progress and needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely session documentation.
• Follow all clinical, ethical, and safety standards.
• Travel to client homes, schools, and other approved settings as needed.
