Job summary

Majestic Care ABA is hiring an entry-level Behavioral Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, and community settings. You will provide one-on-one assistance under BCBA supervision and help develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

No prior ABA experience is required; we provide 40-hour RBT training, supervision, and mentorship to help you grow in the field. This part-time role offers meaningful work and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Ability to follow directions and work in a team.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn new systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to safely perform physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children receiving ABA services.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based strategies to support learning and positive behavior.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families.
• Participate in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
• Communicate with the clinical team regarding client progress and needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely session documentation.
• Follow clinical, ethical, and safety standards.
• Travel to client homes, schools, and other settings as needed.
