Majestic Care ABA is seeking a Behavioral Technician (RBT) at entry level to work one-on-one with children in homes, schools, and community settings in Highland, IN. The position is part-time with compensation of $19-$25 per hour direct care.

Training, supervision, and mentorship are provided to launch your ABA career. No prior ABA experience is required; we support the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification process and ongoing professional development within a collaborative clinical

Qualifications

• No prior ABA experience required
• Available for part-time in-home or school-based work
• Requires valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Willingness to travel to client sites and perform physical tasks as needed

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one support to children receiving ABA services
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Use evidence-based strategies to support learning and positive behavior
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions
• Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families
• Participate in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development
• Communicate with the clinical team regarding client progress and needs
• Maintain accurate and timely session documentation
• Travel to client homes, schools, and other approved community settings
