Job summary

Majestic Care ABA in Loveland, CO is hiring an entry-level Behavioral Technician (RBT). You will work one-on-one with children in homes, schools, and communities, supporting communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

No prior ABA experience is required; we provide 40-hour RBT training, ongoing supervision, and mentorship. This is a part-time, in-home and school-based role with travel to client homes as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn new systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children receiving ABA services.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based strategies to support learning and behavior.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families.
• Participate in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
• Communicate with the clinical team regarding client progress and needs.
• Maintain accurate session documentation.
• Follow clinical, ethical, and safety standards.
• Travel to client homes, schools, and other community settings as needed.
