Job summary

Majestic Care ABA is seeking an entry-level Behavioral Technician (RBT) to support children in homes, schools, and communities in Libertyville, IL. You will receive 40-hour RBT training and work evenings with part-time hours, providing essential ABA services and mentoring from BCBA supervision.

No prior ABA experience is required, making this a meaningful first step into behavioral health. You will help develop communication and daily living skills while advancing your own career in a supportive

Qualifications

• No prior ABA experience required; 40-hour RBT training provided.
• Evening availability 3:30pm-6:30pm.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children receiving ABA services.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based strategies to support learning and positive behavior.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and families.
• Participate in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
• Communicate with the clinical team regarding client progress and needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely session documentation.
• Follow all clinical, ethical, and safety standards.
• Travel to client homes, schools, and approved community settings as needed.
