Job summary

Majestic Care ABA is seeking a motivated Behavioral Technician (RBT) for part-time, entry-level work. You will provide one-on-one ABA support in home, school, and community settings in Crown Point, IN, with no prior experience required.

Training, mentorship, and 40-hour RBT training are provided to help you grow in the field. Compensation ranges from $19 to $25 per hour for direct care, with travel to client homes and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn new systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children receiving ABA services.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a BCBA.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based strategies and techniques to support learning and positive behavior.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Participate in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
• Communicate with your clinical team regarding client progress and needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely session documentation.
• Follow all clinical, ethical, and safety standards.
• Travel to client homes, schools, and other approved community settings as needed.
