Job summary

Majestic Care ABA is seeking a motivated Behavioral Technician (RBT) for part-time, entry-level work. You will provide one-on-one ABA support in home, school, and community settings in Crown Point, IN, with no prior experience required.

Training, mentorship, and 40-hour RBT training are provided to help you grow in the field. Compensation ranges from $19 to $25 per hour for direct care, with travel to client homes and ongoing supervision.

Responsibilities

No Experience? No Problem!

You do not need previous ABA or Behavioral Technician experience to apply.

Previous experience working with children and coursework or a degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Human Services, or a related field are helpful, but not required. We provide the required 40‑hour RBT training, along with ongoing training, supervision, and mentorship to help you succeed. We also support qualified employees through the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification process, giving you the opportunity to learn from experienced BCBAs, build valuable skills, and grow your career in ABA.
