Job summary

Majestic Care ABA is seeking entry-level Behavioral Technicians to work one-on-one with children in homes and schools in Saint John, IN. This part-time role offers in-home and school-based settings and comprehensive RBT training with mentorship.

You will learn to implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, develop communication and daily living skills, and support families while gaining valuable ABA experience. Training provided and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn new systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children receiving ABA services.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a BCBA.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based strategies and techniques to support learning and positive behavior.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
• Participate in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
• Communicate with your clinical team regarding client progress and needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely session documentation.
• Follow all clinical, ethical, and safety standards.
• Travel to client homes, schools, and other approved community settings as needed.
