Job summary

Majestic Care ABA in Libertyville, IL is hiring an entry-level Behavioral Technician (RBT). You will work one-on-one with children in homes, schools, and communities, helping develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

No prior ABA experience is required; we provide 40-hour RBT training, ongoing supervision, and mentorship to help you start and grow your career. This is a full-time and part-time position with in-home and school-based settings.

Qualifications

• No prior ABA or Behavioral Technician experience is required.
• 40-hour RBT training will be provided along with ongoing supervision.
• Coursework or a degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Human Services, or related field is helpful but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children receiving ABA services.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Travel to client homes, schools, and other approved settings as needed.
