Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis Inc. is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician in Santa Clara to support in-home and in-center ABA therapy for children aged 3–16.

The role follows individualized treatment plans, with data collection and hands-on activities to build motor, social, cognitive, and communication skills. You will join a clinical team, participate in a structured schedule (Mon–Fri 3:00 PM–8:00 PM with potential Saturdays), and contribute to meaningful outcomes for families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance in the applicant's name, and a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to stay active and engaged while working with young children.
• Comfortable with sitting, standing, crouching, and floor activities.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 3 to 16 using ABA therapy.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children develop skills through play, movement, games, and hands-on activities.
• Create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to help each child reach their goals.

Earn Extra with Our Shift Bonuses
