All Current Electrical Sales is seeking an energetic, entry-level Business Development Representative to learn, grind, and grow into a full sales career. This launchpad role starts with lead generation, outbound prospecting, and assisting the sales team with quotes and opportunity tracking.

You will be part of every deal moving through the pipeline from day one. From day one you will also handle incoming requests from our team inbox, contributing to real opportunities while building your own

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter mentality with initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Persistence and resilience—comfortable with outbound prospecting and handling rejection.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when tracking leads and quotes.
• Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM systems, spreadsheets).
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge in the electrical industry.
• Coachability—open to feedback and eager to develop new skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and other channels to generate new leads.
• Open doors with new prospects and introduce them to All Current Electricals' products and services.
• Manage and respond to incoming requests from the team inbox.
• Support the sales team with quote follow-up and moving opportunities toward close.
• Research prospects and accounts to prioritize outreach and personalize messaging.
• Use AI tools to work smarter — researching accounts, drafting outreach, and learning product details faster.
• Track activity and pipeline progress in the CRM.
• Build product knowledge over time to prepare for a transition into a closing sales role.
