Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Bartender & Server to craft cocktails, take food orders, and deliver outstanding guest service. This on-site role requires flexible weekends/holidays and compliance with state regulations on alcohol service.

You’ll learn the menu, stock, and duties while benefiting from on-site health benefits framing, 401k with match, and staff discounts on food and drinks as part of our team culture.

Location: Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Bartender & Server! In this role, you’ll craft and serve cocktails, take food orders, and provide excellent customer service. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy creating a positive experience for guests, we’d love to hear from you.

• $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience

What you will make an impact

• Ensure a smooth and timely experience for all guests by providing exceptional customer service.

What you will need

• Meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol
• Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays
• T.I.P.s or ServSafe Alcohol preferred (Training must be completed with 90 days of commencing employment unless the state requires earlier)
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
• Ashby Ponds has a no tipping policy
