Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Bartender & Server to craft cocktails, take food orders, and deliver warm, attentive service to guests.

You will learn the menu, prepare and serve beverages, process payments, and help maintain a smooth dining experience in a community focused on quality and well-being.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($16.00-$18.00), a 401(k) with match, benefits for eligible team members, and opportunities to grow with new communities.

Qualifications

• Must meet the state age requirement for serving alcohol.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• TIPs or ServSafe Alcohol preferred; training within 90 days of starting.
• Ability to lift/move objects up to 25 pounds.
• Ashby Ponds has a no tipping policy.

Location: Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Bartender & Server! In this role, you’ll craft and serve cocktails, take food orders, and provide excellent customer service.
