Job summary

The Universal Banker at Citi in Stamford, CT is an entry-level role supporting sales and service activities to build customer loyalty. You will help open basic accounts, handle transactions, and refer opportunities to partners while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customer
• Provide service delivery to resolve account service issues
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve customer complaints promptly
• Support sales and service activities within the branch by participating in seminars and campaigns
• Adhere to controls to ensure safety and security of assets
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies
