Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in retail banking or similar.
• Demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customers.
• Provide service delivery to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions in line with bank policies.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve issues promptly.
• Support sales/service activities within the branch via events and campaigns.
