UniFirst in Odessa, Texas is seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth in an assigned territory. You will prospect, present, and close multi-year service agreements for uniform rental and facility services to business clients.

The ideal candidate thrives on building long-term relationships, meeting quotas, and coordinating with service and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding. Familiarity with CRM and reporting is a plus.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience in related industries such as uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills; able to influence decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and open to coaching and feedback.
• Must have valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads within a defined territory through cold calls, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain and update CRM with client information and activity.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
