You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Project Management to ensure data accuracy and timely quotes across product lines. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and eager to learn the full cycle of B2B sales operations in electronics manufacturing and product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or an administrative role; experience in electronics manufacturing or product development is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and using AI platforms preferred; willingness and aptitude to learn new systems required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort engaging directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with standard office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CRM database (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and consistency across records.
• Support overall sales reporting, providing visibility into pipeline, forecast, and performance metrics.
• Partner with the Business Development Manager to organize and launch sales outreach campaigns.
• Submit, track, and manage RFQs to keep quoting activities progressing.
• Generate quotes for HDP Power and Displaytech LCD product lines.
• Prepare Design Win write-ups.
• Assist with customer onboarding and PO processing.
• Distribute monthly POS reports from distributors.
• Research and prospect for relevant industry events, including data scraping and qualification of target accounts.
• Support event execution: pre-event prep, on-site check-in, post-event follow-up to convert connections into pipeline.
• Support RMA processes through to resolution.
• Lead the customer success gifting campaign.
• Maintain organized sales documentation across shared platforms and systems.
• Support ad hoc reporting and cross-functional projects as needed.
