Job summary

RTX is seeking a Digital Hardware Design Engineer to design, analyze and test Circuit Card Assemblies for avionics computers. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met and perform integration testing using lab equipment.

The role emphasizes high-speed digital circuit design, schematic capture and thermal management, with opportunities to contribute across systems, software, mechanical and manufacturing teams. A Bachelor's in EE/EC or STEM is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related STEM field.
• Familiarity with the development and design of electronic circuit designs and/or multi-assembly system designs.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, simulate and test Circuit Card Assemblies for Avionics Computers (Processors, FPGAs, Memory, high-speed interfaces).
• Operate lab equipment to perform integration testing on hardware designs.
• Schematic capture of digital/analog mixed signal electrical circuit designs.
