Job summary

Just Tires, a Goodyear company, is hiring an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers.

No prior experience required; you will be trained in basic automotive services, mounting/balancing tires, oil changes, and preventative maintenance. You will work in a fast-paced environment with competitive pay and benefits, including medical, 401(k), and tire discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience isn't required for this position; you will be trained in any skills required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
• Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to complete basic automotive services like mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and other maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, including clear communication with customers.
• Support tire and wheel work and other duties as needed to keep the service lane running smoothly.
• Collaborate with mid and senior technicians to learn additional automotive services.
