Job summary

Goodyear's Just Tires division is hiring an entry level automotive technician to gain hands-on experience in our on-site service centers. No prior experience required; training will be provided.

You must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license and be legally authorized to work in the United States. You will learn basic services such as mounting/balancing tires and performing oil changes while delivering excellent guest service and contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to learn basic automotive services and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including some holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Learn to mount and balance tires, perform oil changes and basic maintenance.
• Assist mid/senior technicians in providing quality guest service.
• Promote teamwork and meet guest expectations.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures during vehicle care.
