Job summary

Goodyear Just Tires is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers. You will learn to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service, with no prior experience required and comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

• Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform basic automotive services such as mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and routine maintenance.
• Train with mid and senior level technicians to acquire additional automotive skills.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback about vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations and maintain quality service.
• Adhere to company policies on vehicle care and operation.
