Job summary

Goodyear is seeking an Entry Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of its Auto Service centers and learn how to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. You will learn tire mounting/balancing, oil changes, and preventative maintenance in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
• Legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or formal automotive training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to complete basic automotive services like mounting and balancing tires, oil changes, and filters replacements.
• Train with mid and senior level technicians to learn additional services.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations and maintain safety policies.
